If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that these pieces are not available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our boutique from the designer. Arrival times can vary depending on the brand and their production schedule. Orders originally shipped with free shipping will have the shipping charges removed from the return credit. RETURN POLICY AND TERMS: ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY For your convenience, all returns may be made via mail or in our store with a copy of your original receipt within 10 days from the date the item was received. ALL embroidered, sale merchandise, custom orders, and pre-orders are all FINAL SALE; no refunds or store credit available. Items are eligible for return if it is un-used, and have the original tags still attached. After April 1, all Easter merchandise is considered final sale. After December 1, all Christmas merchandise is considered final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays additional shipping costs. GIFT & REGISTRY RETURNS: All gift returns are for store credit or exchange only with original gift receipt within 30 days from date on the original gift receipt; no cash refunds are available. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCTS: We are so sorry! Please email us at info@bornboutique.com for assistance with your return. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the item and all returns must be made within 10 days in order to be accepted. We will ship correct items after we receive the incorrect item back. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Once we package your order and it leaves our boutique, we are no longer are responsible should it get lost or stolen. Unfortunately these things happen from time to time and aren’t our fault this is something that you must take up with USPS or UPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Prepaid return labels are not provided. Should you need us to provide a label for return shipment, we will deduct it from your refund once the return is received. Born Children's boutique isn't responsible for stolen or lost packages. We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs. Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. Shipping cost is based on order total. We do our best to ship out next business day. Please email us info@bornboutique.com if your order is a rush order so that we can try to make special arrangements if possible.
Expedited orders should be place before 2 pm CST in order for them to shipped that day. Please note there are exceptions. If you place an expedited order Thursday after 2 pm CST for weekend delivery we can not guarantee the items will arrive when expected due to shipping service limitations. Also note that our store front is closed Sundays and Mondays. Any orders place Friday after 2 pm CST thru Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday. Holidays will cause shipping delays so please plan accordingly.
