Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders originally shipped with free shipping will have the shipping charges removed from the return credit.
RETURN POLICY AND TERMS:
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
For your convenience, all returns may be made via mail or in our store with a copy of your original receipt within 10 days from the date the item was received. ALL embroidered, sale merchandise, custom orders, and pre-orders are all FINAL SALE; no refunds or store credit available. Items are eligible for return if it is un-used, and have the original tags still attached. Born Children's Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the shipping charges deducted from the return credit in the amount of $8.
GIFT & REGISTRY RETURNS:
All gift returns are for store credit or exchange only with original gift receipt within 30 days from date on the original gift receipt; no cash refunds are available.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCTS:
We are so sorry! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your return. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the item and all returns must be made within 10 days in order to be accepted. We will ship correct items after we receive the incorrect item back.

Once we receive your package it will be processed within 7 business days at which you will be issued a credit to the card you used for the purchase if your return meets all the return requirements listed above. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Born Children's boutique isn't responsible for stolen or lost packages. We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
