Return Policy


We take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Born.  If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.

Please note sales on custom orders and holiday items are final sale and can not be returned.

All Sale and promotional purchases are final, no refunds or store credits available.

All other items unused and in original condition may be returned with your original receipt within 7 days from date of purchase for a refund. Thereafter, returns up to 30 days will be for store credit only.

All gift returns are for store credit or exchange only with original gift receipt within 30 days from date on the original gift receipt; no cash refunds are available.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders originally shipped with free shipping will have the shipping charges removed from the return credit.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us at bornboutique@gmail.com. All claims must be made within 10 days of purchase date.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at bornboutique@gmail.com.
